Fanatics Casino has launched Fanatics ONE Casino Rewards, a seven-level loyalty programme now live in the Fanatics Sports and Casino app, including for players in Pennsylvania. The programme is also available in Michigan, New Jersey and West Virginia.

Players unlock better benefits as they progress through the levels. The offers include FanCash multipliers, Casino Credit offers, Mystery Drops, weekly Bet & Get FanCash promotions and entries to weekly sweepstakes, according to Fanatics Casino.

FanCash can be redeemed for Casino Credit, bonus bets and exclusive Fanatics apparel, among other rewards. The casino-specific scheme arrives under the Fanatics ONE name, an enterprise-wide loyalty programme spanning apparel, collectibles, betting, casino rewards and events.

The two programmes use different tier structures. Fanatics ONE has five member tiers, while the new casino rewards programme has seven levels. The entry-level enterprise tier, ONEmember, offers 5% FanCash back on purchases through the Fanatics App and up to 10% on Fanatics Sportsbook bets, whether they win or lose.

The launch is being marketed through a Taraji P. Henson-led campaign, “The House Always Rewards.” Henson plays Fran, an anti-hero who is frustrated by how often customers receive rewards. Fanatics Casino said the campaign reverses the familiar casino proposition that “the house always wins,” instead presenting its house as one that rewards players.

Michael Afflick, Fanatics Casino’s vice-president of marketing, said the campaign also features Louis, Kameron, Kaitlyn and Austen, who repeatedly raise the rewards programme in Fran’s presence. The broader “House Always Rewards” platform first debuted March 18 with 30- and 15-second broadcast advertisements and a 90-second digital film.

As we reported Sept. 2, Fanatics had already rolled out its unified Fanatics Sports & Casino app, bringing its gaming products under one login and a single FanCash balance. Fanatics Casino and Sportsbook first launched in Pennsylvania in January 2024, when casino customers could earn FanCash on bets, spins and hands.
