[Evolution’s] extensive array of live dealer & First Person offerings are at the forefront of the industry, giving our customers the opportunity to experience a live casino from the comfort of their home.
Evolution Gaming announced that it will provide live casino content for two online casinos in Pennsylvania — Caesars Casino PA and Tropicana Casino PA, the latter of which launched late last month.
Under an agreement with Caesars Digital, Evolution will live stream live dealer games from its studios to the two online casinos in the Keystone State. The games offered would include variants of baccarat, blackjack, craps, and roulette — and would also feature Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Three Card Poker.
Evolution did not specify what studios it would use for the new partnership, but it operates a live dealer studio in Philadelphia.
The Sweden-based gaming provider said its First Person gaming platform — which Evolution describes as premium 3D animated random number generator (RNG) versions of its portfolio of live dealer games — is scheduled to launch later in 2023 and would be available in Pennsylvania through its new partnership with Caesars.
“We are delighted to be helping Caesars Digital expand their reach in Pennsylvania and to be part of this exciting journey,” Evolution COO Jeff Millar said in a statement Thursday.

Caesars Rising Recently in PA
Caesars announced in late April that it had rebranded its online casino in Pennsylvania as Tropicana Casino PA. Six weeks earlier, Caesars made a similar move in neighboring New Jersey — rebranding its Caesars Casino NJ as Tropicana Casino NJ.
In Pennsylvania, Caesars Casino PA and Tropicana Casino PA are both tethered to the land-based casino license of Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack, which is also owned by Caesars. But in New Jersey, Tropicana is attached to the land-based casino license of Tropicana Casino & Resort Atlantic City while Caesars Casino NJ operates under a license held by Caesars Interactive.
Last August, Evolution announced that it had launched its Live Craps game at real money online casinos in Pennsylvania. At the time, the company from Stockholm said Caesars was among its customers in the Keystone State, but they also provided services to BetMGM, Betway, DraftKings, FanDuel, Penn Entertainment, Rush Street Interactive (RSI), Stars Casino, and Unibet.
According to data from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB), Caesars Casino PA had its third-best month for revenue in April after it grossed $4 million. The operator wasn’t among several rivals that saw record-breaking revenue — the operator managed that feat one month earlier, in February, when it made $4.5 million.
