BetRivers Poker’s Multi-State Summer Series ended on 16 Aug with streamer Daniel “DrDadPoker” Schill winning six Championship events, collecting six trophies and emerging as the festival’s standout player. The report said that six titles in one online series may be a record.
As reported in July, BetRivers had scheduled a 96-event summer series across four states, with buy-ins from $3 to $200 and more than $450,000 in guarantees.
According to Pokerfuse, the 15-day festival ran from 2 Aug to 16 Aug for registered players in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia. It paid out $581,807 across 18,700 entries, almost 30% above the guarantee figure, and 11 events finished with overlays.
Every tournament on the schedule carried Championship status, and each winner received a unique trophy. The line-up mixed regular tournaments, progressive knockouts, 70% bounty PKOs, 20-big-blind starting-stack PKOs, turbos, hyper-turbos, several PLO events, and Deepstack and Monsterstack formats. A $10,000 leaderboard contest ran alongside the series in two tiers, with only a player’s top five scores counting in each tier and no bar on entering both.
The biggest event was the $200 Main Event, which drew 214 entries and built a prize pool of more than $40,000. Its $20 Mini version drew 360 entries and cleared its $6,000 guarantee. Other headline stops included the $200 Summer Stack, which drew 130 runners for $24,310, the $200 Deepstack PKO with 122 entries and $22,814, the $100 Sunday Main with 240 entries and $22,200, and the $10 Sunday Main, which drew the largest field of the series at 396 entries and produced a $3,623.40 prize pool.
Schill’s run began on 6 Aug with MSS #15-S, a $20 Deepstack that drew 202 entries against a $3,500 guarantee, and he won it for $734. He then added the $5 Fight Club PKO for $267, the $100 Weekend Wrap PLO for $1,931 and the $5 Sprint 6-Max for $188, winning four titles in four consecutive days, before returning a week later to win the $3 Turbo PLO for $105 and the $5 Series Saver for $193.
Across those six victories, Schill banked $3,418 in prize money and six Championship trophies. He also topped the low-tier leaderboard for an extra $400 and finished 12th in the higher-tier standings for another $200.
The same report said Schill, who is from Michigan, streams his sessions on Twitch and YouTube, holds a PhD in cell and developmental biology, and is one of three poker streamers representing BetRivers alongside Keith Becker and Anthony F. Cicali III. It also noted that, according to The Hendon Mob, he has almost $230,000 in live earnings and finished fifth in the 2025 PokerNews Deepstack Championship for $84,676.
Rush Street Interactive said in June 2025 that BetRivers Poker’s multi-state network merged player pools across Pennsylvania, Michigan, Delaware and West Virginia to create bigger prize pools and deeper fields. The latest MSS was BetRivers Poker’s seventh tournament series in a little over a year and its third-largest by prize money, behind earlier events including this year’s spring championship, which awarded more than $650,000 across 88 tournaments.
